Welcome to Guemes Grub

where two island foodies and their faithful canine companions

are on a mission to feed your soul and your stomach!

Fueled by a love for community, sustainability, and really good grub, we whip up healthy, delicious entrees that are big on flavor and low on hassle. Think mostly vegetarian, always seasonal, and thoughtfully sourced from local growers who share our island values.

Guemes Grub is all about bridging the gap between cooking from scratch and giving in to takeout. We’re here to make life a little easier (and a lot tastier) for busy families and hungry islanders—bringing a little extra love from our kitchen to your table.

And because no story on Dog Island would be complete without our four-legged crew meet:

 Wiley Coyote Blue—“Yote” for short—Dana’s observant and uber-sweet sidekick who’s earned her name with her sharp mind and cautious spirit (she definitely prefers dogs over humans, just like her mama). And there’s Shakti Moon, Jodi’s silver Labrador who believes every day should start with a beach walk, a game of fetch, and a whole lot of love. Like true island dogs, they keep us grounded, joyful, and always ready for the next adventure.
